Kay explained and listened to all of our concerns and worries in a kind, caring and professional manner. She was very reassuring and kind and did a great deal to reduce our stress levels. She let us take all the time we needed.
She went the extra mile by contacting clinicians regarding the timing of diagnostic tests to help reduce my sisters' stress and anxiety.
She is a wonderful credit to the profession and well deserving of 5 stars in every category.
