Nothing was too much trouble for Karen, she always goes the extra mile to help and support me. I have not come across a better nurse over my course of being in hospital and receiving care from home. Karen really is amazing at her job and has made me feel comfortable throughout. She is friendly and approachable and makes sure everything is sorted out for me. I feel that there is nothing Karen could improve on, I am very grateful for everything she has done. - Reg
