The care was brilliant, if I ever had and queries or problems they was sorted pretty much straight away. It was nice to know I could just send a text if I needed any advice/help at all. Nothing was to much trouble to Karen and was always spot on. She gave me the correct information when needed and was always giving good tips to help me along the way. The service form Karen was brilliant.
