Karen was just who I needed at a vulnerable time. She was very encouraging, supportive and knowledgeable and gave me some confidence from our first meeting.
She has been available as and when required and has provided invaluable contacts and advice.
She has been flexible in arranging visits which has been really helpful.
I feel fortunate to have Karen as my Stomer nurse.
