Mrs Karen Totty was extremely helpful after a recent operation. My stoma bag had burst twice, she sent me samples of other bags and followed up on their success rate. I told her that I was going back to the hospital and she arranged for a stoma Nurse to deliver a selection of bags to the department. A follow up call was made by Karen to check on the bags which I am pleased to report were a success. Thank you very much.
