I visited nurse Jill Sibbald today.
She was very helpful and explained a lot of queries I had about a procedure I'm expecting to undergo in 2 weeks time.
I found her very friendly, and very easy to talk to, nothing was too much trouble for her and she set my mind at rest, she explained in detail how the procedure works, and answered the little niggles I had, I didn't feel rushed in any way. It's nice to have a bridge like Jill between the patient and the doctors.
Keep up the good work Jill, you are doing a fantastic job
