I'm not remotely surprised to note Jenny's 5 star rating. She has been overseeing my titration of medication for ADHD following a diagnosis via Psychiatry-UK last year. I cannot fault her professionalism, kindness and patience. Her responses to my (typically rambling and neurotic) queries and concerns were always dealt with incredibly promptly. I felt listened to throughout. I understand that Psychiatry-UK have been experiencing rapid increases in referrals and are recruiting more staff to meet demand. However, this had absolutely no detrimental impact on the service I received.
With a bit of tweaking, we have arrived at a dosage that suits me and my lifestyle without negative side-effects. It has made the world of difference to my self-esteem, mood and work performance. I'm very grateful - thanks again, Jenny!
