Met Jackie Parker today in person and she was so understanding and made me feel at ease straight away, she was very professional and made me feel it's not only me with this problem, the instructions on how to use the equipment was very easy to follow and made me feel more confident.Very punctual and covid aware . Thanks Jackie.
