Jackie comes to see me to give me support in learning to self catheterise. She is extremely friendly, sensitive to my concerns and worries, talks things through with me without rushing me, She made me feel comfortable and I could ask her any questions. During the process she gives me reassurance and confidence to be able to do this independently. Jackie is very patient and encouraging.
She’s really helping me move forward and I am very grateful.
