Jackie is so caring, professional and will go the extra mile to ensure a safe, efficient service is delivered.
She liaised with adult departments to arrange for my husband and daughter to have procedures performed on the same day to prevent two long journeys to St Marks.
Thoroughly explained the sequence of events and as this was a transition to adults for my daughter she has enabled her to feel safe and knowledgeable to manage her onward journey.
Can’t thank Jackie enough.A superb nurse.
