Jackie and all the staff are an exceptional team. As parents of a ten year old we could not have wished for a more caring, considerate and professional approach to all our needs. Jackie's personal attention to all her patients is to be commended. We believe that this approach is felt right across the team. Communication and re-assurance in advance of and on the day of our daughters stay was excellent. The whole process says to us that this is a well organised and caring environment, staffed by dedicated professionals delivering the highest possible standards of care. Our daughter is having ongoing care in the department and each time we have attended the experience has been made easier for her by all the staff. They continue to exhibit a clear understanding of an individuals needs and are happy to assist in making what can be a stressful experience for any child, as relaxed and comfortable as possible.
