Held was absolutely fantastic this morning! Another nurse had called in sick so my appointment had been cancelled. While trying to rearrange this, she called me up to her room and helped me there and then!
At the same time, my partners appointment for later in the week was cancelled and she arranged to see him early in her clinic which was a massive help!
Absolute 5* service from this wonderful lady!
