Held was absolutely fantastic this morning! Another nurse had called in sick so my appointment had been cancelled. While trying to rearrange this, she called me up to her room and helped me there and then! At the same time, my partners appointment for later in the week was cancelled and she arranged to see him early in her clinic which was a massive help! Absolute 5* service from this wonderful lady!

Lovely, humorous, caring, professional. Not only interceded when another nurse was running late so I wasn't waiting too long but also carried out my asthma review, blood pressure, etc at the same time to save me coming back for another appointment. Great service from a really lovely lady. Highly recommended. xxxx

Thank you to Helen for looking after me for the last 11 years. After being diagnosed diabetic Helen provided me with the support and information I needed to bring the disease under control and I now have normal blood sugars again. As I have now moved out of the area I will no-longer be attending Helen's clinics but would like to say a huge thank you to Helen for all her advice over the years.
