Debbie was so kind and considerate of my modesty. I usually feel embarrassed talking about my problems but she put me at my ease and I felt like she really listened and genuinely cared.
It’s a strange time with Covid 19 at the moment, but Debbie followed all PPE procedures professionally.
Since her visit, she has rung me to check how I am getting on and has been happy to answer any questions I’ve had. I can’t thank her enough.
