Mark is very personable and professional and always responds very quickly to messages. I came out of hospital at Christmas with my stoma and it was very early days and I was very anxious. Mark gave me encouragement and confidence in dealing with problems with leaking and had such a wide and deep knowledge of stoma issues and solutions that work. I am very pleased and grateful for the care and support that I have received from Mark.
