Lovely team today at the hospital. Very human. For once, I did not feel rushed into the procedures and did not feel like I was just a nhs number or "next appointment". Doctor and nurses seemed to genuinely care about my lifestyle and they were wonderful with my kids waiting in the same room. High standards ! Thank you again !
