I felt at ease with the nurse almost straight away. She made me feel comfortable and was careful examining me. We even had a laugh and a good chat about other personal issues. I know I can rely on her again if I need any help with my stoma. Also the place and the room I was in was very clean so I felt well protected with regards to Covid regulations.
