The help and encouragement given by Louise Turner was second to none. I felt able to raise any concerns with her and felt greatly encouraged. She was able to converse with Jo, the patient who has Downs syndrome, with ease and understanding. I feel encouraged by her visit, enabling me to contact her if I need help with his care. She was able to help me improve our management.
