I was given false information from my nurse and was told to contact this hospital. My issue was nothing that needed to be taken up with this clinic however Emma spoke to me thoroughly and helped inform me correctly with regards to my situation. She made me feel looked after and cared for and didn't just push my issue aside for someone else to deal with. I appreciate the time she spent chatting with me making me feel better about my situation. Much appreciated.
