Nurse Jane was brilliant. She told me everything I needed to know, she treated the consultation as a discussion and listened to me properly. Then she was very compassionate and caring during the procedure. She really understands the patient.

We have only met twice and on both occasions I have felt comfortable and in safe hands. Clearly highly experienced, Emma Jones hides the complexity of her skill in a seemingly effortless display of professionalism and a cheery disposition. Her ability to influence the mood and receptibility of a patient s often missing in some clinical settings, but not here. The community is lucky to have a nurse such as Emma Jones at this Community Hospital.
