Emily’s a caring and able nurse. She and her team took very good care of our mother who was admitted on 19 July. Emily was very approachable and did not mind questions after questions from us. She even went down to the pharmacist in person to collect medication and the warfarin yellow book for us, so that my mother can be discharged a little bit quicker earlier today! Emily is a credit to the Ocean ward and to the Trust. Please look after her. We can’t thank her enough.
