Alison immediately put me at ease, and I felt I could call upon her for any worries or concerns I might have. She was always professional and caring and kept on top of all the tests and procedures I was undergoing. It was so nice to see her friendly face on the ward, and I am so grateful for all her support during my stay in hospital. Sincerely Susan Harrison
