During the few weeks I have been under treatment at Manchester Royal Infirmary leading up to, and following, liver surgery, Aileen has been a tremendous support to me, quick to respond to queries, making appointments, and offering explanations. Always with a smile. I hope in the future I am lucky enough to find someone as good when I move to another hospital for further treatment.
