Aileen was really helpful and understanding when looking after mum after her operation on her liver. Although there was a holdup when the time came for mum to leave hospital , Aileen made sure that everything was explained clearly and the process was as smooth as possible . When we saw Aileen at the follow up clinic she was reassuring and answered all mums concerns with clarity. Throughout all our conversations with Aileen ,we felt that she listened to our questions and answered them in a positive and friendly manner which was much appreciated.
