Aileen was fantastic, during a very difficult time, she was professional, supportive and informative to my mother, who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer while in the MRI. Unfortunately, with only palliative care available, due to her frailty, Aileen was so caring and allowed time for us all to come to terms with the news. She then put in place the next move where my mum could be cared for appropriately. Thank you
