Having also being the type of individual that trys to "just get on" I found it very difficult to initially accept the fact I needed to profesional help to shine a light on me and explore what might be going on. From the very start Andrew was open, honest and genuinely interested in my concerns and wellbeing.
My time under Andrews care always felt like a partnership where I was encouraged to make informed decision and co-produce my care which gave me greater insight and confidence in moving forwards. No question was a silly one and Andrew made the care I received more of a learning process providing me with a solid foundation to progress from.
