Having also being the type of individual that trys to "just get on" I found it very difficult to initially accept the fact I needed to profesional help to shine a light on me and explore what might be going on. My time under Andrews care always felt like a partnership where I was encouraged to make informed decision and co-produce my care which gave me greater insight and confidence in moving forwards. No question was a silly one and Andrew made the care I received more of a learning process providing me with a solid foundation to progress from.
