My experience of the time taken to diagnose my broken collar bone and rib was superb - I couldn't have wished for better. I arrived yesterday evening Sunday 17th November at around 17.30 and was seen by the triage nurse promptly, who was very thorough and friendly. The nurse then arranged for me to have an X ray asking for more information to be provided to the doctor. I then had a short wait before seeing the doctor who was very thorough in his examination of me. We then discussed the X ray and the doctor diagnosed my broken collar bone. On further investigation he then diagnosed that I had a broken rib (which is causing me more pain than the collar bone). All the staff and doctor I saw were very courteous and friendly and I was ready to come home at 19.00. I now have a follow up appointment on Thursday 21st. November As I have said I could not have had better service. THANK YOU ALL.
