From the Surgeon (Andrew Macdonald), His Registrar and SHO, the anesthetist (Joanne Rogers), Theater Staff including Claire Shorrocks, HDU (Nurse Rhea) Ward A4 (Particularly Katherine) the lovely young Doctor who came in the middle of the night to re-site a canula and all other staff involved in my care (domestics porters pharmacy) and everybody else THANK YOU. What a brilliant lot you ALL are. Unfortunately Mr Macdonald has left for pastures new. I wish him well and hope that all of you above continue to flourish. THANK YOU AGAIN.
