Considering having a major op is not the pleasantest experience it was made as good as it is possible to be. Staff are friendly and helpful from the top down. The room was maintained in cleanliness. My stay was efficient. I don't think I would have better care outside the NHS in a private hospital - staffing levels were sometimes a struggle. The food was not always great.
