Ignore the Stalin-esque architecture and try not to take the lack of parking spaces too badly! The rest is quite excellent! Pay no attention to dreary complaining articles in the media about the state of Britain's hospitals: they do not apply to High Wycombe.
I have recently attended a number of departments (cardiac, respiratory and urology) and I am enormously impressed by the quality of all the staff (doctors, porters, nurses, appointments etc) who all show genuine friendliness, sympathy, efficiency and cheerfulness and always seem to have time to talk and help. One has the impression of an organisation that knows where it is going, what it is doing - and is proud of it. Well done - and thank you.
PS One little suggestion... Would it be too much to ask for appointments/reports to be emailed nowadays?
