I attended the one step breast clinic at Wycombe Hospital and received excellent care from the staff when arriving at reception, the staff member undertaking the diagnostic test to the nurse and consultant (Dr Farid Ahmed) in the consultation.
The department looked bright airy and was clean. Time was taken to explain what was happening every step of the way and I did not feel rushed or hurried, despite the department obviously being very busy. I was given time to talk.
Luckily I didn't need any treatment so cannot comment further, but my experience was very positive.
