Very poor whilst an inpatient in 2008 on the surgical side. ACU was acceptable but marred by the use of mixed wards.
Recent use of casualty department suggests that it is dire need of a major review. At night before Xmas 2013 it was very understaffed. on Monday 16th June 2014 it could only be described as a shambles. I left and received treatment at the Countess of Chester.
