i have attended this hospital over many years and had nothing but problems, and now i have had a letter to myself with another person's medical history and my data has been divulged to a place i have nothing to do with
this has all come from one area in this hospital and i have found the pals team and managment who are dealing with this very indifferent to the serious issue this raises
