My therapist was kind, attentive and listened really well . Her attention to my details and recall of earlier information given was great.

I can't think of anything except a bit of soft Calming music in the waiting area as it is quite deafening sitting in silence when waiting for your session. Especially the first one.

It was fine, a little like getting care from AI, technically correct but I didn’t feel that she was particularly engaged and had no insight into how long I had to wait for treatment. Given that my condition gets worse with time the longer I wait the more long term scarring I will have.
