[name removed] was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
The knee class was useful although it hasn’t really reduced the pain I my knee.
Suggested improvements
No reflection on the class but the car parking is a real problem at Wokingham hospital.
Perhaps more of the land surrounding the car park could be utilised for parking.

Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I found getting an appointment relatively easy and the clinic is local for me. I was put at ease and found the clinicians courteous and understanding. Great service.
Suggested improvements
Not have to go back through my GP for a referral. As a previous patient it would have been better for me not have to go to the GP for a referral. Great service.

The Physio therapy doctor and the front reception staffs were very friendly and helpful.
First time I visited them however I felt myself very comfortable and welcomed during the visit.
I received very good physio lessons and good care from them.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent communication (text & email) from start and during (got to go back so not finished) physio very good, listened and asked lots of questions. Can’t fault anything really…. Well done
