Completely inefficient. The mental health support on the NHS is appalling. The gentleman I spoke to whilst being nice had no clue what he was doing and asked very stupid basic questions and I wasn’t being heard on any level

Have mature properly trained therapists who know what they’re doing, not some 20 year old who’s done a GCSE in Psychology

Hello, I have just received an email by Talking Therapies informing me my referral has been closed due to inability to reach me. My third appointment was at 4:30pm today. However, I have been sat and ready to receive your call since 16:24 today and my phone hasn’t rang at all. Now I have to contact NHS to open a new referral again, when nobody has tried to contact me really. And I can show you my phone call log to prove. I am both confused and disappointed. You could make very clear, perhaps even put it in writing, that your supportive won’t have a session with you if you don’t do any work on the modules between sessions, which is not very supportive.

[name removed] was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The knee class was useful although it hasn’t really reduced the pain I my knee.

No reflection on the class but the car parking is a real problem at Wokingham hospital. Perhaps more of the land surrounding the car park could be utilised for parking.

Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I found getting an appointment relatively easy and the clinic is local for me. I was put at ease and found the clinicians courteous and understanding. Great service.

Not have to go back through my GP for a referral. As a previous patient it would have been better for me not have to go to the GP for a referral. Great service.
