It was really helpful in finding ways to deal with my anxiety. My therapist was very patient with me and I never felt like I was being talked down to. I now feel better about myself, knowing that I have techniques in place to combat my worries and low mood.

I can’t really think of anything however it would be helpful if SilverCloud was available permanently and not just for a year

[name removed] the therapist who actually phoned me later than advised gave me only ten minutes of her time,
When she asked what I was hoping to gain by speaking with her which I said was to process my extreme grief, she said the service was not for me as she only dealt with depressed or anxious people! Did she not think I would be depressed after the death of my DEAR MOTHER!!!
She also said she would send me details of bereavement services in my area. To date, no such communication has been received.
WHAT A HUGELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE AND WASTE OF MY TIME!

I feel as though my therapist is well educated. The way he explains CBT always makes sense and I find it easy to put into practice because of that. He gives good examples for me to use and each week we’re building on my coping skills. We’ve built a good rapport as I feel as though he is very understanding and sympathetic, I’m never made to feel like somethings wrong with me but instead feel understood.
