I feel that some staff attitudes could be improved.

Making patients feel like they can ask ask questions ie routine the working dat. Not left lying in bed wondering what’s going on.

When I first started this therapy I had severe health anxiety and depression. By the end all the levels were in the healthy range. Thanks to [name removed] listening to and guiding me, I now have the tools to deal with my anxieties. I feel I have been on a journey and I don't feel I am the same person as I was when I started. I am a happier me and a more positive me. Thank you [name removed].

My physio [name removed] has treated me over the last few months and as a result I now have vastly improved movement in my left shoulder following a Rotator Cuff injury.
She has always explained the various exercises and ensured I was able to replicate them at home following the session. I wish her well as her career develops. Thank you all.
