I was recovering from a nervous breakdown and found things very confusing at first as I was having difficulty reading and understanding anything. I was quite self-motivated so worked on the units when I felt capable of coping with them. My therapist was kind and supportive.
I think for people with suicidal thoughts or real depression a face -to-face service is required as they need someone to lead them as they lack the motivation to use an online therapy.
Suggested improvements
It would have been really positive to see a therapist face-to-face but I appreciate that the service is very busy and that I wasn't an extreme case. I don't think this service is useful for people with clinical depression. I've had that before and needed another human being to be with me to be my motivation.

The therapist who I am now speaking with, who is [name removed], she is was nice and makes me feel comfortable to speak about not so comfortable things. I feel that she actually listens to me and tries to help.

I don’t know and I don’t really think so, I feel that she is supportive and she is helping me get through my problems.

I saw my regular GP who knows my health problems and was able to help me

Yes I would have liked a much quicker appointment. I waited almost 2 weeks and was in constant pain.

Didn't receive the result anyway, more like a joke than health care.
Simple xray result is not with me yet, all other problems that have were never resolved.

Everything needs to be improved,
