Have been feeling extremely anxious and stressed for a couple of months now and talking Therapies have helped me a lot.
I was recovering from a nervous breakdown and found things very confusing at first as I was having difficulty reading and understanding anything. I was quite self-motivated so worked on the units when I felt capable of coping with them. My therapist was kind and supportive.
I think for people with suicidal thoughts or real depression a face -to-face service is required as they need someone to lead them as they lack the motivation to use an online therapy.
because I was understood to need this help. because I had a translator and understood everything. they spoke calmly and with a lot of patience. thanks

The therapist who I am now speaking with, who is [name removed], she is was nice and makes me feel comfortable to speak about not so comfortable things. I feel that she actually listens to me and tries to help.
I saw my regular GP who knows my health problems and was able to help me

My therapist listened to me but seemed a bit distracted sometimes.
Didn't receive the result anyway, more like a joke than health care.
Simple xray result is not with me yet, all other problems that have were never resolved.
