I have visited the walk-in centre a few times over the years and dreaded it every time, knowing that I would be sitting in an overcrowded waiting room and wait 2-3 hours to be seen. However on this occasion it seems there have been some major improvements. They’ve moved the walk-in area to a much larger waiting room with plenty of seating and space. I joined the back of the queue of about 7 people thinking I was going to be waiting all day. However was booked in within 10 minutes and only waited to be seen for 20 minutes! I couldn't believe it. Would definitely recommend going forward.
