Parking is very limited and you may need to queue at the barrier, allow extra time for this. The parking payment machine does not accept £20 notes so take small notes and change to pay. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The appointments were all running very late - approximately 30-40 mins late.

Review of Dietetics - Woking written by a patient
21st January 2018

As opposed to a radical change in diet advice was given to make improvements such as including a higher percentage of vegetables in my meals. Since arranging the appointment Last September I have managed to lose 15 kgs but my BMI at 29 is still above average. As a result a further meeting will be arranged in a few months time to review my progress. The only disappointment i experienced was in the parking. Having arrived 30 minutes early I could not find an available place even after waiting for 15 minutes and in the end had to park outside the hospital.

The nurses, consultant and staff were respectful though I noticed they have limited equipment to truly provide a diagnoses of recurring issues which results in further referrals. Additionally, I had to wait 1h25m just to be seen. I was seen by a junior consultant rather than the consultant I was booked to see. Several ladies waiting were quite uncomfortable and some with small children also had to wait an unreasonable length of time. Sadly, I was thankful that there were a few no shows as if everyone arrived for their appointments my very long wait would have been impossible as I needed to pick my child up from his afterschool activity. In total I spent 1h45m at the clinic of which the vast majority was just sitting waiting to be seen.
