The staff were kind.

I was given an appointment time by 111 is 8pm , but not seen by triage til after 10 o'clock.....very disappointed! What is the point of an appointments system?

I received excellent care. All the staff I dealt with made me feel they were interested in how I felt and wanted to make me feel better. They were also very professional.

All the staff were first class, they were kind and caring and were very clear with what they were doing.
