Kindness of all staff

Food is not good, insufficient portions, not getting the food ordered.

X-ray service was excellent, waiting time reasonable and scans taken several times to determine exact position of break. Small Injuries clinic was mind numbingly slow, little to do or look at other than fellow injured public. Sign indicating waiting time was way out - said 1.5 hrs and was actually more like 2.5. Drinks nmachine was U/s - no cups, and snack vending machine seemed to be working intermittently not really geared up to serve injured and elderly users - card only no cash???

Improve on the facilities in the waiting areas, no one minds having to wait but faulty vending machines and inadequate access to drinking water is not on

Shorter waiting time but even this was reasonable
