I attended with a rusty nail in my shoe. Minor cuts to my foot, but due to existing health issues was concerned about infection etc. Staff were kind and efficient throughout.

Very little, although better quality coffee in the waiting room would be nice

Our child has autism and taking them somewhere like a hospital can be very stressful but we were seen by an amazing doctor. She engaged with our son in a way that immediately reduced the stress for all of us. Thank you Amanda for your care and for being so empathetic and for making our son the centre of all the conversations oh and he loved all your butterfly tattoos!

All staff were kind, considerate and caring they treated mum with compassion and respect.

Our appointment was 2 pm. On arrival doors were locked and a notice directed us to a waiting room. Fortunately an ambulance driver helped us gain access at 2.15 staff were apologizing about situation (mum’s age.
