I arrived at minor injuries and from the off set was treated with absolute respect and kindness. The front desk nurse was informative of the waiting time and very apologetic about this as was the nurse who saw me. Please don't apologise for waiting times- all in all I was in there 2 hours including being seen twice and having an x ray. The waiting time displayed was 2.5 hours. Even if I had waited that time I would not have minded. The care was fabulous and the waiting time is part of the pressure on the service and you managed to beat it. You are all brilliant at your jobs, continue with the care but don't feel like you have to apologise because we waited, to me that's part of accessing free health care.
