There is nothing that needs to be improved. The care is excellent, the staff are very highly skilled. A brilliant department that I have had to use twice in 2 weeks both times I have been treated efficiently. Staff were expecting me when I arrived and were ready to start treatment immediately. I was greeted, shown to a bed. had obs, cannula, bloods e.g urine sample taken, full assessment, plus examination and a plan of treatment put in place, x-ray was organised and I felt I had been seen by a very professional team.
