Efficient, warm welcome/friendly helpful staff.
Who clearly cared, listened, patient. Really professional waiting area was calm and airy and quiet.

No. You were all amazing - Lisa (?) the paramedic! Rachel the nurse and Faye the person who looked at the x-ray and all the person who looked at the x-ray and all the admin staff too - thank you.
