Share review of Witney Community Hospital

The care at Witney hospital has been outstanding but we are sadly very frustrated now with the discharge planning and lack of communication re my fathers discharge; twice now the date has been moved. This is a shame as the support and help from the ward staff has been exceptional, thank you for this, hopefully my father will be discharged today.
