Everyone is welcoming, kind, efficient and friendly. They also discussed my condition and treatment with me as if we were equals and were never condescending.
It was a joy and a relief to be in such a calm happy place and be treated not as an old idiot but simply someone needing help. I felt very safe and secure in their hands.
